Delivery
Purchased items will be shipped within 7 business days of the order. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days via USPS or 3-8 business days via FedEx SmartPost for delivery in the United States. If you still have not received your purchase after 3 weeks, please notify [email protected]. Buyer assumes any and all duties and customs costs for orders shipping outside of the U.S. and will be contacted in advance should additional charges need to be made. The Henway Company is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments. All domestic shipments are insured and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with shipping carrier.
FedEx do not deliver to PO Boxes.
Prices, Shipping & Handling Charges
50% off for shipping and handling on purchases over $50.00, if delivered to customers within the United States. For customers outside the United States, additional charges may apply. Please email [email protected] if this is the case.
Return Policy
The Henway Company does not accept returns for refunds, credits, or exchanges at this time. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
If you have been in contact with us in regards to having a return/exchange approved, it is mandatory that you include proof of contact with our company in your return shipment. Please note, all returns must be included in original packaging accompanied by a copy of the order invoice. We cannot approve any returns/exchanges over 90 days old, no exceptions.
We will not accept any packages sent without authorization, any shipments received that have not been authorized will be refused/shipped back.
Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order prior to finalizing your purchase.
